And Here We Go

It has been a busy 48 hours! It seems like I always start these with saying how busy I have been - reality of the matter :)

The store is officially up and running! I have had a decent amount of traffic - which gives me hope that something will sell soon. Also, my Facebook friends have been so kind in helping me get the word out to everyone. Thank you to all of you who have helped.

And on top of all of the support via Facebook. I have received emails and phone calls from unexpected sources of support. It really is a great feeling to know that so many people are hoping for success right along with me!

Last night, Josh helped me celebrate the opening of my online store by taking me out for dinner - Thai L'elephant in Phoenixville. was just what I needed to celebrate. Not to mention - he bought chocolate for me too (he knows me all too well).

In between all of this, there has been mad crocheting sessions. Well, crocheting, then frogging (rip it, rip it - get it?), then more crocheting, and more frogging. My creative juices are flowing - they just need to come out in yarn form. Some successes though - like these adorable baby booties:

Just in time for Christmas!
One of my co-workers was kind enough to take a pair for a test drive on her new little man. She said that they are even husband approved!

I have realized, one of the many perks of setting up my own business at home is the extra mail the Postman brings - and they aren't bills! Yesterday, I received this awesome package in the mail:

The purple and orange skein are just so soft!
And today - I received my business cards!!! It is so nice to not receive junk and bills every day :)

More items should continue to be added to my store each day. I'm hoping my photography skills keep improving - seems to be the hardest part in all of this!

Thank you again to everyone who has posted, reposted, liked, shared, emailed by store information out to your friends!

Remember - free shipping this month. Orders place by December 17th will be there in time for Christmas :) And - custom orders are welcome!
